1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
1/2 cup milk
Broth Simmered Rice


HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. ADD soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with Broth Simmered Rice.

TIP: Broth Simmered Rice: Heat 1 can Campbell’s Condensed Chicken Broth and 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute White Rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
